Caplow and Associates’ ability to create a distinctive and inviting retail environment in a busy urban setting. The design features an open-air patio set back at street level that draws people into the retail space, creating a welcoming respite for shoppers, coffeehouse patrons and office workers. The underground parking is also thoughtfully designed. Two entrances and exits were built to afford easier access and a greater use of natural lighting. The result is a more “open” parking experience that perfectly complements the property’s people-friendly atmosphere.
